Daikin Philippines Takes Indoor Air Conditioning to New Heights

Marking its 10th anniversary this year, leading global air conditioning innovator Daikin Philippines announced its newly improved and soon-to-be-launched products which support the company's advocacy to improve Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and reduce harmful air pollutants in homes and offices.

Daikin has taken on the challenge of promoting the importance of IAQ among Filipinos by reinforcing its presence all over the country. In the residential market, Daikin has released a full range of Air Purifiers to help families reduce the risks of respiratory illnesses such as asthma in their homes. For the commercial market, Daikin has developed products that manage to infuse fresh air and maintain essential air balance within enclosed spaces.

One of Daikin's revolutionary air conditioning products include the Super Multi-S. Unlike conventional single-split units, this single condensing unit allows a connection of up to 3 indoor units and makes the Super Multi-S perfect for small spaces. The product has a compact design with low power output, therefore giving the benefits of an Inverter Split-Type Air Conditioner at a much lesser cost.

Also to be launched is Daikin's brand new Premium Inverter, the FKTM. With state-of-the-art features highlighted by the sleek and stylish Coanda Panel Design, the FKTM boasts of a powerful air draft blown upward for better air circulation in all corners of the room.

Daikin's New Large Floor Standing model is the latest addition to its extensive line of Packaged Air Conditioners. With its larger capacity and superior performance, it is best suited for wider commercial spaces such as airports, factories, and bigger establishments.

In line with the celebration of its 10th anniversary this year, Daikin Philippines also announced the continued innovation and improvement to its flagship product, the VRV. With the new Anti-Corrosion model, the unit features a remarkably superior corrosion-resistant hot-dip Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium (ZAM) alloy coated steel sheet, which is 10-20 times better than hot dip zinc coated steel sheets in prolonging the durability and performance of air conditioners.

Daikin Philippines is a fully owned subsidiary of Daikin Industries Ltd. (DIL) of Japan, a leading global company with more than 90 years of history and experience in the field of air conditioning. It has affiliates and operations in many countries worldwide.
